Managed Let - 11.5% Plus VAT of the monthly rent payable when the rent falls due (whether paid or not by the Tenant) and deductible from the rent.

Re-marketing - A re-marketing fee of £250 Plus VAT

Inventory - Charged at our hourly rate of £25 Plus VAT Per Hour

Additional Charges:

Professional Hourly Rate - £25 Plus VAT

​

Serving/Instructing service of Notices - Included in Management fee (excluding any outlays i.e. Sheriff Officers’ fees)

​

Insurance claim handling fee - £500 Plus VAT Minimum fee plus £25 Plus VAT per hour (Agent’s Professional Hourly Rate)

​

Void management fee - £50 Plus VAT per visit payable four weekly in advance of requirement.

Miscellaneous Charges

Termination Fee (Managed Let) - One month’s rent Plus Vat or the remaining management fees (whatever is greater).
